Become Secure on Your Feet & on the Street

Welcome to Better Balance - Safer You

Our Mission

We help seniors improve their balance while also learning self-defense. Our goal is to build confidence, promote independence, get some exercise and HAVE FUN in our classes!  We know everyone has different abilities, so we focus and improve upon what you CAN do instead of dwelling on what you can’t. You deserve to feel safe and comfortable both in and outside of class.
